1AA light with turbo/big head?

Anyone knows of a flashlight that has a turbo head that runs on 1AA/li-ion battery? Like the old Regalight AA.

Lumintop GT micro is probably the closest equivalent, excellent little light. Super throw for the size of it.

One more for the micro. Eats 14500s quickly on highest settings, but quite nice.
