Convoy Flashlight Store on Aliexpress will sell emitters. Both bare and on MCPCB.

Yea I just edited the heading I’ve been modding a few convoy lights and was just seeing if I can save some money on the LEDs and Mcpcb I already order from oshpark for the driver boards
The places in your OP and probably Aliexpress is going to be about your best price. Most of them will offer discounts or wholesale pricing if you order enough of one item.
Same with Arrow electronics or Digikey.
