Best thrower flashlight under $500? Recommendations?

Anyone have any reccomendations for the best throwing packable flashlight. Looking for furthest distance. Something I can fit in a backpack.

If you are looking for the absolute farthest reach in a small form factor, the Acebeam W30 is it. However, the beam is very narrow and there is no spill so unless you are only trying to illuminate something over 300 meters away, it’s not going to be useful at all.

The Nightwatch NI40 with SBT90 might be something to look into as well.

If the K75 steps out down in turbo after 60 seconds, that one must do it in 30 seconds. Silly

Under $500 the Imalent R90TS capable of 1750M at 15K constant lumens (13K measured) will be a good option. The K75 will be my next purchase probably, In Eco mode can maintain 3K lumens (Claimed) should be sufficient 2500M in turbo (for 1 minute)

K75. Breath taker awayer. The best thrower for now. Until it is superseded by better technology and/or larger size reflector.

If it is too big, there are several smaller, lessor lights to chose from.

I like lights in all five size classifications and all three beam profile classifications. Best Thrower = Big thrower.

What will the next big thing look like?

Like many have said Acebeam K75 is one of the best thrower on the market at the moment and it is way under $500. For $80 more you can get a modded one with a but more lumen ad throw from SkyLumen and you will still have enough money for an Emisar D18 for close range.

Just remember that more throw = bigger light. All of the recommendations above will fit in a backpack, a large one that is. If you are after smaller lights there are many options as well.
