One of the best games I’ve seen in a while. My brother is an LSU alumnus, so I was rooting for them. But I can’t help thinking the game may have turned out a bit different if Tua would have been healthy. The fact that 3 weeks ago he underwent substantial ankle surgery, and played the whole game, was pretty amazing
He’s the best analyst in football. Towards the end of last year there were times I thought we might see him collapse & die during a game.
Ryan Day is absolutely killing it, and you can see a positive change in the players. The program is currently in a better place than it was at the end of Urban’s tenure.
Not a UofM fan at all chuckles… Just saying, that is largely Urban Meyer’s Ohio State team you’re seeing right now, and the players (I know one well, who now plays for the Denver Broncos), were very happy under Meyer. Ryan Day, who Urban Meyer hired, is doing a great job, but no doubt has a huge set of shoes to fill. Jury is still out IMO
Considering Justin Fields doesn’t have twice as many carries and left at least one game with an injury, I’m going to disagree to a large extent about the nature of this team.
(FWIW I first met Urban when he was a graduate assistant under Earle)
Burrow is the man and would win the Heisman if it were awarded today, rest of season will tell. I’m a UGA Bulldog and can’t get over Smart letting Fields leave and Eason before that.
Coach O is our son —- to us Cajuns it’s everything —he’s a homegrown boy who everyone gave little chance of winning anything— Joe Brady will be a head coach next year or a very high payed coordinator—let’s not forget our back clyde edwards-helaire — can that boy play or what
