Hello to everyone here on BLF! :slight_smile:

I’m from Germany and my interest in flashlights already started 8 years ago when I bought the 4sevens Quark Mini 123, which back then I thought was amazingly bright! That trusty little thing went on quite a few backcountry hikes with me (yeah, not the ideal light for that…).
However, the addiction only really started last christmas, when I bought an Olight as a gift for a family member. And now I’m the proud owner of 14 different flashlights.

My absolute favourite is the D4v2 with 3000k SST-20s which I use daily around the house, and I always carry a BLF A6 shorty on me and use it as my bicycle light (just because it’s less expensive, still a great little light!).

Anyway, I thought I ought to finally introduce myself…

Welcome to BLF atomix. The D4V2 with 3000K SST-20 and raised switch ring is my current EDC and I love it!

Eine High-CRI Lampe mit einer Farbtemperatur von 3000K fehlt mir noch in meiner Sammlung. Bisher gefällt mir der 4000K-Farbton meiner MF01 mini am besten, aber da es hier an der Englischen Küste oft ziemlich neblig wird, würde mich sehr interessieren, um wieviel sich die Sicht mit einem niedrigeren Kelvin-Wert verbessert. Zur Zeit habe ich hierfür die Emisar D18 im Visier … :slight_smile:

I do, but I haven’t looked around there yet because I think I prefer the international vibe around here :slight_smile:

Sadly I had already bought mine when the raised ring was announced, and I can’t really justify getting a second one just for the ring…

Die D18 hat es mir auch schon etwas angetan :smiley:

Mit Emisar kann man glaube ich nicht viel verkehrt machen. Und falls es doch mal ein Problem gibt, kümmert sich Hank persönlich darum - hervorragende Qualität und Top Kundenservice!
