Armytek and HKequipment not responding

Hello all, I’m just wondering if there is anyway to have a response to my query.

I have a Armytek Wizard Pro that I bought in 2016 from HKequipment and it has been an absolute brilliant light. I have used it almost daily since then. For no apparent reason it completely stopped working last month.

I have send numerous emails to both HKequipment and Armytek about repair under warranty but can’t get a response.
The info indicates there is a 5 year warranty with the light.

Does anyone have any experience in this department and have some advice?

Stay away from https://www.hkequipment.net . Scammers selling equipment they do not have.

Was it a 5 year warranty guaranteed by that seller though?

Just noticed that this is old.

Not anymore. It has been brought back to life. How dry the old, dead words were! Then, the words came together, joining word to word. The wind then blew new life into the words, and the words came to life.

Sounds a lot like Ezekiel to me… ;0)

Never had a problem with them.

Had an Acebeam L16 poop its self was changed quickly.
