Not a bad layout, especially the bottom but personally I would replace the LED- poly with a nice thick (around 0.6mm width) trace and use a ground poly to create a ground plane so you don’t need to route any ground traces.
You have 2 vias directly in MCU pads, move them. You don’t want a via directly on a pad, it’ll make Reflowing that part harder as the pad with via will take much more heat before it flows.
