Flashlights For Ghost Hunting

Are we over looking areas of interest that could attract new members?

5 Best Flashlights For Ghost Hunting

Quote:
Why Do Ghost Hunters Need A Flashlight?

If you’ve ever been out in a graveyard or to a house your heard was haunted, I promise you, if you didn’t have a flashlight, you wish you did.

Wellp, a Mag can be used to beat errant ghosts, as long as they materialise first. “High quality” light it ain’t, not with the Doughnut Hole Of Death when spread out on flood. Decent spot, though.

And they put the Teslacom in there??

Someone should point ‘em to a SF36 or Q8 or MT-09R…

Another day, another three brands of flashlights that I never heard of. And it's not for lack of trying; I am on the forums around the clock, looking for the next big small thing, the next big medium thing, and the next big big thing.

My recommendations for the best ghost hunting budget flashlights: Imalent, Manker,  Noctigon/Emisar; and similar known names.

I would advise strongly against ‘playing’ with demons.

Next need is an EMF cannon to stun the ghost, a copper mesh butterfly net to capture it, and a Faraday cage to keep it captured.

I’m sure there are flashlight drivers that emit some EMF, I once had one that would unpredictably trigger the neighbor’s car alarm when I was walking the dog and changed brightness on my light nearby.

None of them offer any inter-dimensional abilities. That list is completely bunk.

Some of those lights are “ok”, but this is another in a long line of articles I’ve seen that have not been written by a flashoholic.
Would be great if someone from BLF made some contributions to a list like this, these look like someone just perused the flashlight section on Amazon or something.
The descriptions and why they’re good for ghost hunting are lame, if BLFers made a list it would include deep discussions about CRI, black line, PWM, etc.. it would be epic!
Gj, perhaps you could add to your original post to make this just such a thread?
Also the new members you suggest would certainly add some interesting flavor to the board!

If someone is unlucky enough to have one of those attach themselves to them, they'll understand what you're talking about!  Thankfully most ghosts aren't demons.

Save your money ,you don’t need a torch for ghost hunting because A ,they live in the dark ha ha &,B they don’t exist.
If anyone tries to tell you they’ve seen a ghost ,they are either a lier or they don’t have the skills to work out what they saw or heard (unscientific minds)
Also on a similar note ,anyone claiming to be a medium is a con artist & scammer praying on the vunarable.

^^ didn't see anyone pretending to be a medium on this forum or in this thread!  But saying spirits don't exist is like saying the earth is flat.

Maybe a very powerful light with 100,000 lumen burst & 50,000 lumen run time, and added with powerful IR, UV , red ,blue, & green spectrum light modes too, & added in a powerful EMF transmitter & detector. Some of them Class-V Full-body free-floating Vapor non-terminal repeating phantasm’s can be real trouble. Thumbs Up

It’s actually saying the complete opposite.
Did you know there’s an institution in the US That offers 1million dollars to anyone who can prove ghosts or any paranormal activity exists under laboratory conditions ,it’s been around for many years now ,
Guess what? No one has ever claimed the prize.

For those who are open-minded but skeptical, proof is possible and required.

I don’t really understand that attitude. Why alienate everyone who doesn’t think the same thing as you by saying that they could never be convinced? This goes for all topics, though a few probably come readily to mind.

The list is terrible. Is there any use of niche leds like UV or IR or something else when it comes to ghost hunting?
I wouldn’t look for ghost or spirits, but should I nevertheless do so, and assuming it’s indoors, I’ll take a pair of Noctigon M43 lights, and a pair of Thrunite TH30 headlamps that can be used as hand held lights as well.
However, I would consider the possibility that somehow all my lights with electronics could go poof, so I’ll take a pair of no electronics incan lights that are powered by single 18650 cells. And of course, just in case a pair of lighters and candles and stuff.

For ghost hunting, I use the same flashlights as for Big Foot hunting and Loch Ness Monster hunting.

I haven't had any luck so far, but I'll keep trying.  :P

As if there’s no evidence for such things.
But they won’t accept any evidence anyway.
They demand a scientific ghost meter or something.

Harry Houdini, was good at uncovering man made ghosts.
He upset many mediums & bringers of ghosts.
I wonder why most ”ghosts ” are usually Victorian or medieval ,why no caveman ghosts?
Why no animal “ghosts”?
In my opinion the lochness Monster wasn’t made up to bring tourists in ,it is really a prehistoric “ghost”
LOL.

Okay, so you’re either one of those FE believers who think they’re smart or you’re one of those atheists who think they’re smart. Facepalm

Not that i’m oh so wise, but i know a thing or two about a thing or two.

I can assure you it’s not grandma on the unseen side of the Ouija board.
For the rest, the word “demon” only has a negative connotation in (previously) Christian culture.
One could call them gods or angels too.
In other cultures the interaction with ‘the unseen realm’ is more common, especially in Africa.
I have no reason to believe they can be spirits of deceased humans, but i know they will pretend to be if it serves their purpose.

Wouldn’t it be cool if there were ghosts of EVERYTHING? Like, you are sitting in the living room thinking about the Baconator that you ate three weeks ago and the ghost of that Baconator comes floating by. I guess it would be the ghost of a cow and a pig, but what if ghosts of objects existed? The parachute pants I had back in the 80’s would show up in my dresser from time to time, or my old lost VHS copy of Mac and Me would suddenly appear sitting on the dining room table.

I mean, there has to be some merit to this. Every time someone sees a ghost, it is wearing clothes….so there MUST be clothes ghosts at least. Perhaps it is only organic compounds that can be ghosts. So natural fiber clothing can be a ghost, but if the ghost is wearing a watch, only the leather band would appear.

Ya know, there is a lot to think about with this ghost stuff.

As for flashlights…I think the pen light is the best one for ghost hunting. It is the light that the doctor uses when giving you an exam for mental illness.

Suddenly you get a tingly premonition of a soon-to-be ghost thread, taken out in its prime by the merciless BLF Rule #3.

Have you read any of the comments here? Already people are being ridiculed, citing mental illness, etc. Those making the comments are anything but open-minded.

Humans do not argue for a reason. They simply argue.

True dat. Using a ouija board is pretty much sending out a big “yoohoo!” to the juvenile-delinquents of the spirit world.
