I am interested in all your opinions on this. I’m building a new light and I’m looking for a driver for it. I did have a BLF A6 driver, but I’m kind of disappointed and annoyed by the 45 second turbo stepdown because the light doesn’t even get hot. Booo.

Power source is 1S (off 2 parallel vtc6). Running a xhp50.2 in 3 volts. I want to run this led very hard, 3000lm and would like ramping capability (Andruil firmware?) with configurable temp stepdown.

Also looking for a way to run a xhp70.2 up to 7000lm.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Best source for Anduril drivers in any size is Lexel. With a good battery you should be able to drive a XHP50.2 3V to up to 4000lm.

XHP70.2 in direct drive 2S should easily give you 7000lm.

Both leds at this output will produce a lot of heat. You will need rather big hosts.
