Life., & health update, -Jan,22, 2020

- Some things with my life and heath have been a roller coaster lately, - good days and there are bad days. - Right now i am going through some really rough moments in my life, but will always try to stay active and continue with the BLF LT1 lantern project to the best that i can, and try to push through the design & development of the LT1 Micro/Mini future project too, (as well as if at all possible the LT2 (Deluxe) version if i live long enough to do so!
My goal right now is to make sure everyone wanting the production BLF LT1 lantern do get one, as it has been a 3+ year dream & goal for me to make it a reality, with help with awesome fellow BLF members like ToyKeeper, Lexel, SIGShooter, Barry0892, DEL, The Miller, sbslider, BlueSwordM, bmengineer, Lux-Perpetua and amishbill, and others. making this dream of building a lantern that the market never had come true. While i will try my best to keep going on the BLF lantern projects will be a quest to my last day, i just hope my dream has been worth something to everyone on BudgetLightForums. You all are in a sense a community familym sharing a common interest of why we are all here. Thank you to sb56637 for creating and maintaining the best, most welcoming, enjoyable, enthusiast-based community i have ever had the opportunity to be a part of . BudgetLightForums has, and always will be a place where i feel at home.

Hey, we are all destined for the same fate. But you decide to grab fate by the horns and helped make a lot of people happy in the process.

You don’t even know me and you have made me happy. Think of the countless fun people have had with the lantern you helped create. Endless amounts of joy that you sparked. You will always be
apart of us. You. Are. Appreciated. Much love.

:+1:

Hang in there buddy. You have a great attitude we can all admire. :+1:

Good luck with your health!

BLF is such a great place to be because of people like you.

Thinking of you lots while using my LT1, thanks again for this great project with all its work. Hope you feel better soon, think positive and head up.

Take care Den. It is great to have you here, I hope that you are able to stick around in the time coming.

Think of you every time I use the incredible BLF Lantern.

Wife even thinks it is cool
Usually she just rolls her eyes when I show her a new flashlight.

Anyway best wishes.
Keith

Thank you for your dedication and contributions

DBSAR, is there anything you need that we as a community can help with?

Please know you aren’t alone.

My wife, who is not a flashlight person, as well as both my parents and my brother (they have been gifted LT1s) all love the lamp.

Everybody who saw it complimented it as well.

LT1 is your legacy and will please countless of people around the world for a long time to come.

Stay strong and fight your fight.

Every time I turn on the LT1, I think of the videos shot at your kitchen table. A true homegrown effort with lots of attention to detail. My wife is not a flashlight person, but carries an S2+ everywhere. She thought I was nuts when I got the LT1. It sits on our headboard and gets used every night before bed because of the gentle warm light it puts out. As stated above… the LT1 is a legacy and a good one!

As far as your health goes… it may sound grim but the same effort, tenacity and attitude will serve you well. You may not beat it, but I bet you outlive any predictions at this point. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of need.

Speaking of need, I bet if there is anything that is needed… the forum would be willing to step up and help. I am a very active member of 2 forums, this one and the Castboolits forum. Both have become sources of good friends, communication and satisfaction to me. These are the 2 best focused forums I have ever used.

I cant add anymore to what the others have said here. Take care and all the best.
