Should I wait for new sbt90.2 thrower lights to come along? Any suggestions for around 175$ range? Is thr Astrolux ft03s having issues? Thanks
Can’t speak for all but the Nightwatch NI40 or Acebeam K30GT are good hosts. I haven’t run them long enough to notice a difference but on paper the Acebeam will run a little longer with its better heatsinking and driver.
Yes the Ft03s is a hit or miss with the reflectors. Out of the 3 I have I basically only have 1 good reflector where I can center a flat white and good #s. The other 2 reflectors are a joke. The bad reflectors get xhp 70.2s
or lets go buy it the astrolux mf04 thrower instead ?
I guess it depends on what you’re using it for. The beam is a little narrow, but, so far, I like my Acebeam T27 for SAR.
