I’ve been working at getting my local filament supplier to have more fun colors, and they finally released a dark translucent red!
Some of the first things I printed with it are four diffuser cones for my FW3A,C lights.
I am really happy with the color!

You don't have to put on the red light

Is that PETG? I’ve got some translucent red and green PETG I’ve wanted to try for diffusers. Care to share the STL?

I have in the past. Lots of colors available.

It is PLA. PETG seems to jam up my extruder too often, I probably don’t have a good setting for it.

Ah cool. How does the PLA handle the heat? What printer are you using?

The PLA seems to work ok, but I’m not running the lights at full blast. Usually use it in candle mode.
I have a Rostock Max v1. It’s older, but it is cheaper to upgrade parts than to buy a new printer of similar caliber.

I have uploaded this diffuser and two more to PrusaPrinters:

I’m thinking about modifying it for other lights.
