Company warranty reviews

I propose to report the problems encountered with the companies related to warranty and repair.
Personally I noticed that all companies are very helpful and jumpy when you buy a flashlight.
When you have a failure, they no longer respond to messages. They are hidden in the bottom of the earth.
At the moment I am facing such a problem with those from Niwalker. They do not answer me on any communication channel. I also asked Freeme to help me because through him I bought the flashlight but did not get involved in the problem solving.
For about 5 months I talk to the walls.
That is why I say that administrators should create a system in which clients can see how companies behave in resolving guarantees.
What do you think ?

I have only had a few problem lights.

Thorfire, got a DOA light. They were very friendly and sent a replacement right away.

Sofirn, had a light that worked for a few days then started acting funny. They sent a replacement right away.

Lumintop, had a SDMini that lost it’s turbo mode for some reason. They didn’t have a replacement as that light was discontinued. They did give me 90% off Amazon codes for a EDC05 and a ODF30. I was happy with that solution. I still want a SDMini if anyone has one they want to sell.

DQG, got a DOA light. George sent a replacement part right away. Easy, no experience required, repair. Super nice guy.

Any other light that I had problems with were my own doing. If I break them I never try to get a replacement. The price I pay for thinking I can work outside of my comfort zone.

No answer yet, neither from Freeme nor from Niwalker.

A while ago I had a small issue with a Sofirn light that (to be true) wasn’t even their fault.

They responded immediately and sent me a new part with fast shipping and T&T.

In general I’ve had very few problems with lights. Sigh, there goes my aliby for opening them up.

I only had 2 problems so far,

first one was a S2+ after 2 months the driver quit working, Simon sent me 2 replacement drivers. Thx convoy :+1:
