I'm not having luck at the moment searching for a deep and rich royal blue emitter mounted on a 20mm MCPCB. I see mtn electronics has a blue one but it's listed as 485 nm and from what I can see on the charts, that is on the border of cyan which I don't want. I'm making a light for a friend with a c8 host and he wants it to be as bright as possible without over heating. He wants the beam to be tight and narrow, so basically all throw. Any suggestions?
