Is this light and price from Walmart legit? This sells for $350+ on Amazon. What is the catch?
According to there add, they are offering it for 87!! If I liked Imalent flashlights I would order one just to see what happens. Seems like a huge error to me though. Just to see what happened I placed one in my cart and it came to 93 and change. Possible deal of the year? lol.
Yeah. The MS18 is showing for $84.99 too. Has to be shady stuff from “SP HARDWARE LLC”.
As a retailer myself, I normally wouldn’t fall for such a scam, thinking of how much it costs to produce a product, package, ship, profit for everyone along the line….I doubt you’ll be able to purchase a legit item that’s “current” and not severely outdated for 25% of retail price, but after checking Walmart’s return policy, I figured….what the heck. I’ve gambled and lost more on dumber things.

FYI, that LLC (already has me leery) was registered sept 2019 to a “Pierre something” no feedback, 30 day return policy can be shipped through Walmart, you’re refunded at the counter. This is assuming you get anything that looks relatively close to the item you’re buying.
If it’s to good to be true it usually is.

Third party seller, it’s similar to amazon. Anyone with inventory can sell through their platform….problem with this seller, is it’s 99% guaranteed scam, given the price, zero feedback, freshly opened account and the other errors pointed out above.
If you pay attention while shopping amazon, you’ll occasionally see something phrased like “sold by amazon, fulfilled by joe blow hardware” or something.
Thank you for your reply. I have never bought anything on Amazon or eBay or online from Walmart. Up until very recently, I have only purchased not on line. Only very recently have I began purchasing remotely from recognized stocking dealers, and paid via mailing postal money order. Even that has started very recently for me, and flashlights are the first thing that I have purchased via mail order with postal money order.
