Not the same wavelength UV. Read this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultraviolet_germicidal_irradiation

Quote:
For human beings, skin exposure to germicidal wavelengths of UV light can produce rapid sunburn and skin cancer.14 Exposure of the eyes to this UV radiation can produce extremely painful inflammation of the cornea and temporary or permanent vision impairment, up to and including blindness in some cases. UV can damage the retina of the eye.14

Another potential danger is the UV production of ozone, which can be harmful to one’s health. The US Environmental Protection Agency designated 0.05 parts per million (ppm) of ozone to be a safe level. Lamps designed to release UVC and higher frequencies are doped so that any UV light below 254 nm wavelengths will not be released, to minimize ozone production. A full-spectrum lamp will release all UV wavelengths, and will produce ozone when UVC hits oxygen (O2) molecules.

My residency program had a few online meetings about covid this week. Some bullet points:
1. Symptoms:
Fever in 99%
Fatigue in 70% (fever defined as temp > 100.5)
Dry cough in 59%
Decreased appetite in 40%
Difficulty breathing in 31%

2. Symptom onset occurs after median of 5 days
3. Median age range of HOSPITALIZED patients is 49-56 yrs
4. Those with lung or heart conditions, immunosuppressed patients, smokers, diabetics have worse outcomes
5. The virus is easy to kill with soap and water or alcohol based sanitizer. You do not need bleach.
6. A standard surgical mask is acceptable to prevent infection, N95s are recommended more for healthcare personnel in continuous close contact
7. Don’t touch your face. At all. Sanitize your phone.
8. If you are sick and are not sure if you should go to the hospital – CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR THE HOSPITAL FIRST. IF YOU DONT HAVE COVID YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING IT GO UP WHEN YOU GO TO THE HOSPITAL.

And for any bugs you might’ve ingested internally already, some Bacardi 151 or similar is highly recommended.
