Back on the market, weklund wanted his money back as I was not able to ship today as I had to stay home with 2 kids on top of having to work from home.

OK … not true. I sent a PM to trailhunter today requesting tracking info which he said he would forward to me. No mention was made of kids or working from home. His reply to my query was that he would be shipping the light “soon”. I did not feel comfortable with the “soon” response so I requested a refund.

A little communication and honesty would have gone a long way with me.

Good luck with your sale.

... Happy Landings ...

For the sake of transparency, heres a transcript of the discussion – I’m not trying to hide anything

As stated, in chat, I couldn’t ship today (monday as originally hoped for) and will ship early this week.

Anyway, thanks for the interest!

I think this should be taken to PM. I will only say one thing. When I buy a light from someone on BLF, I don’t hold them to the same expectations as I do a company that ships things out for a living. Life sometimes makes it difficult to fulfill the expectations of the buyer for quick shipping. Patience is hard to master when paying hard earned money for a product. I just give the BLF community a lot of slack when doing business with them. I have never been disappointed with a sale or have I been taken or scammed.

I hope you both can talk privately and get the sale done. It’s a beautiful light and I’m sure it would have a great home from anyone here on BLF.

In these days of uncertainty I find it quite nice that the folks on BLF are still here and making this the place for friends and flashlights.

Thanks for the kind words and couldn’t agree more with cutting people slack, I’ve cut others slack and people have cut me slack but eventually lights make it to their new owners and get to enjoy cool gear.

I hope everyone makes it out of this unscathed including family and friends, I’ll see everyone on the flip side Smile

Can you share pictures with the light next to something else so we can see the actual size?

Lexel made me 22mm Bistro driver. I left him a note i’d like to use it for 90.2 build only. And here it is. Running smooth. Just need good high drain 26650. The one i have right now can’t deliver more than 10A. Kinda underpowered.

No idea, don’t have meassuring equipment. I only have Fluke177 and when fully charged battery i’ve got 9A on the tail. With better cell it could go higher.

But for sure is brightest of all i have
