What driver does A6 with SST-20 have? Description claims “High efficiency constant current circuit”, but specification: “A17DD-L FET+1”.

I also wonder how a FET driver would work with SST40. When used with high drain batteries, will it burn the LED right away?

We definitely need an upgraded driver for BLF use. It’s been a long time since the A6 driver was designed.

As much as I love the A6, I’m now totally addicted to lighted switches. I’ll buy an SST version when there will be a driver that supports such a switch.

I assume that the switch on the C8 has also been upgraded to handle the extra current?
