Does anyone have some experience with the new(er) SWM C12CC and/or C22*CC*?
It seems both these lights have identical heads and tails, only the tube is different (18350 vs 18650).
Forgive my cynicism, but that type of sales behaviour just seems like a cash-grab by manufacturers - especially when they don’t sell the tubes separately.
I would like to purchase one of these new models to replace my failed C22C (the original model with square head).
The shorter form-factor of C12CC looks appealing, but I’d be losing the runtime/capacity of the longer cells.
Does anybody have one of these newer SWM heads (C12CC/C22CC) to try on the previous model’s (C22C) tube? Are they lego-able or is there any available 18650 tube (A6/S2 - etc) that might fit the new models heads?
