4k - Brinyte T18 Artemis Hunting Light - Mod Osram Oslon Boost HX - Best Value 2020

I haven’t had time to maximize my performance yet. This is the OSLON® Boost HX version, KW CULPM1.TG. It has a small dot I do not know if it is a test version or not.
Hope you enjoy this lamp. For me it has a lot of interesting things to explore. Hope to receive the sharing from you.
Thank you for visiting my YouTube channel. I wish you and your family good health and happiness.

Very interesting light indeed.

But there some important things you forgot to tell us:

- So this light uses 22mm drivers but did you took amperage tailcap readings? We need to know the current draw of Brinyte default driver

  • Take lux readings and tell us results for this mod

- Does this light uses acrylic (plastic) lens from Brinyte B158?

You are doing very nice reviews with English subtitles :+1:

Wait wait wait. What is this cheaper dotted version of the boost HX you are talking about? Whats the difference between the dotted 2mm and Normal boost hx 2mm And more importantly how can we buy some?

Btw cool light and great review. Thank you

You know that Vietnam is very near to China. And we can buy this led from some people on taobao. The other version has a QR code on the product sold at a higher price but you have to buy in very large quantities.
There is not much difference in brightness compared to the QR code version. The color temperature seems to be slightly warmer. So the brightness is lower.

I’m not good at rendering drivers. I just removed the resistor to increase the current. Due to current driver used for green leds. So they limited the current. I have only achieved about 700 lumens with 4040 2mm osram leds. In fact this led will achieve at least 1400 lumens even more when tested on astrolux FT03
Yes it’s use acrylic (plastic) lens

This is OSLON® Boost HX version, KW CULPM1.TG with tiny dots on Astrolux FT03. Photo from 1 of my friends.

uggghhh big price tag for the light.

Tell Brinyte that you have a discount code haha

Thanks.
You could get clamp meter for tailcap readings but from your info I know that is around 1.5A current draw. Price is bit dear…

Thank you my friend
