I have tried in recent days to order multiple lights from banggood but it keeps telling me that my order was declined or pending. I tried going through PayPal but it looked like everything was OK then banggood would say they were waiting for payment. My bank called and wanted to make sure I purposely ordered the same thing repeatedly so apparently they were charged. Is anyone else having any of these issues? Thanks in advance.
I have no trouble ordering, but have a lot of trouble receiving. And maybe it takes a while for payment to be processed? And have you tried contacting banggood itself?
I’m going to wait longer to see if it finally processes but am concerned about the time that it just outright declined payment. I’m going to wait and see if it goes through and if they try to quadruple charge me fix it with my bank. Really odd situation.
My only three orders since Jan 1st have all been rejected my the Chinese customs. Last three orders had no tracking # even though they were requested. I emailed Banggood on the 1st order after 70 days and was told it was rejected and returned the 1st week. They then asked if I wanted my money back, I asked why they waited until after I contacted them. I then asked about the second order and was told it was rejected and returned the month before. They asked if I wanted a refund on that one too. The third order I asked daily for a tracking number but it was confirmed rejected within 10 days.
I then ordered from Neal all the Banggood rejects on 04-08-20. As of now their in Arizona on the way to Texas.

He ordered all the stuff he initially ordered on banggood from nealsgadgets instead.
I would contact them thru the ” Live Chat “, it is faster. 
I had the same thing happen on Ali, but I was never actually charged for it. I didn’t keep trying to order, so I was able to simply cancel the order.

all products i want order from banggood are still under restocking…one month…so either to wait or order somewehere else
Remember a lot of the Chinese vendors don’t have warehouse stock, they take the order, process the payment, then have someone somewhere in China dropship the item. That likely means nobody has anything in stock right now.
