My apologies for not reacting more quickly to an issue that was causing major performance issues for our site since yesterday (23-May) around noon GMT. This was an external issue, and I put in place a workaround. Please use this thread to discuss this particular issue, and I’ll be vigilant throughout the day to see how it goes.

I was having slowness problems with BLF last night and eventually just gave up. Good to know that it wasn’t just me and the issue has been resolved. Seems to be working great now.
Was having frequent “gateway timeout” error messages when accessing BLF forum about a couple of days ago but so far haven’t today. Thanks for advising us of the update.
