That's a pretty safe bet. 
I wouldn’t expect much liberal drek influence in these parts. That would sure be disappointing if that happened.

I watched in on TV. It was a horrible sight to see someone get killed in a slow but inevitable way.
And the other cops were only there to make sure the first cop could do his thing?
I hope the victim won’t be accused posthumous of causing a riot.

I actually try to avoid most “news” unless I get curious about something, so I don’t even know (and can’t seem to find) what the guy was even pulled over for, let alone why he was choked out.
What I can’t figure out is just what you pointed out. If one cop’s going rogue, why are all the others standing around being complicit, and not pulling him off the guy instead? Anything goes sideways, and you know it will, those other cops will be in almost the same fix as the rogue.
One’s a jackass, and the others are just idiots. If I were a cop, I wouldn’t want to risk getting fired, putting my job, pension, or even freedom on the line.
And if you’re afraid of getting Serpicoed after the fact, quit and take at least a partial pension if you can.
Hell, I wouldn’t even risk my ass on the job by faking paperwork if “asked” to do it, and I sure as Hell wouldn’t go along with anything criminal in nature. I’d wave to them from outside the bars.
