I’m looking for a light my daughter can clip on to her dog’s collar. When she walks the dog she lets it off leash where she can.
The dog is good & does return when called but it would be nice to see where it was.
I have tried searching in AE etc but I get hundreds of results so I thought someone could recommend something that they have used.
I would prefer a USB rechargeable one only because it would be more convenient for her to charge rather that replace batteries.

How tall is the dog? if a dangling AAA light won’t trip him up, I’d go with that.
I suspect all the illuminated collars and dangly CR2032 lights are cheap and won’t last very long, but that’s what we use for our short legged dog.

Those CR2032 LED belts last forever apparently. My dog has one, I have one, too. Or two. One for each ankle. But they’re not very bright of course.

Same. Dog hasn’t managed to kill it yet (going on 4 years now).
But… I have a rather large dog, so it’s not an issue for him. Might not work for a chihuahua or other small dog.
