WTB XHP35 4500/5000K 90CRI

I need 2 of these (doesn’t matter if 4500k or 5000k).

Can’t find them anywhere now (Mouser, Digikey, Arrow) so if you have a spare let me know.

EU preffered but other countries might work too.

If you wonder which part nr, here it is:

4500K
XHP35A-00-0000-0D0UC245E

5000K

XHP35A-00-0000-0D0UC450E

Maybe a long shot… but when I asked Lan (or Barry) at Sofirn.com for a few things not listed, they were able to help me (and they listed some of those item for sale on the site afterwards). I did order some XPL-HI LEDs from them 5 months back. Great pricing, and they worked perfectly in my C8F host builds I used them in.

If I recall, the C8G is stock with about a 6k XHP-35 HI, so they may not have your bin here. But they often offer emitter choices on popular models a few months after launching them with whatever the first round pick emitter was (usually a higher kelvin rating on these first runs). So they may be stocking those LEDs and it may be worth asking anyway. They are super nice guys!

I have several C8Fs in the 5k model that are my favorite as of late; I discovered with these lights that I really prefer the 4-5k range more than I thought I would. This latest C8F is about as tweaked out as a factory light can be and these lower kelvin emitters made it a better light I think.

I lately fell in love with the latest C8G for hunting rifle use, the C8G is going on my rifles with the stock driver working for this use quite well— it holds memory on the tail switch for TURBO ON. So I can use Lexel’s FET tail pressure switch (loss-less switching) by simply flipping out the standard click tail, to this pressure switch. This gives me full output when I “trigger” the light for a shot at a pig or coyote.

Of course the C8G is still to be “tested” for a hunting light, but other C8 models from Sofirn have all (so far) run fine on several guns where they were mounted and tested. This includes the C8A, C8T, and C8F (MANY host builds using XPL-HI emitters and running direct drive- no driver). They have all held together well with no failures so far.

Anyway, I agree getting a 4-5k XHP-35 HI emitter would be kewl… again, might ask Sofirn- they might have one!

BLF user welight (Mark) from Cutter Electronics (AU) has connections with Cree. Maybe he has some info about availability or could track some down? Octopart doesn’t show any results for either code.
