Here some lights I made:
A thrower which uses a Supbeam K40 reflector and two 18650 batteries as a power supply.
A pretty tough 18650 sized light, which is waterproof up to at least 50 meters and features a 3500mA driver:
An 18650 light which has a side switch and works with a Lux-Rc light engine:
Next there is another 18650 light, which features a 4000k XM-L2 and a two mode driver:
Since you guys are also interested in the tools I am using, here are some more pictures of the lathe which I redid a few months ago (scraping and adjusting the spindle...)
A copper light with two bodies (18650 and 18340) and a lux-rc l334 light engine:

Then this is another EDC in which fits a 18650 LiIon. I guess it is the smallest 18650 light with a button in the world :)
It is only 91,8 Millimeters long!
It also uses a LuxRc light engine

This one is one of the brightes LED-Throwers.
It reaches about 340 000 Lux and has more throw than a PH50...

By this one I was inspired by the 4Sevens X10. I love the output and great size but not the UI and the switch.
So I designed my own one driven by one 26650 li ion, with a Ultrafire C8 smooth reflector in it and another UI:

The next one is more floody. Driven by two 26650 li ion with three XM-L T6 and a 9A driver.
Now my favourite 18650 light. It took me very much time to develop an build it. It uses a XM-L U2 on a zero restistance pcb with an Taskled Lflex:
