So I’ve been modding lights for a Couple years now. I’ve taken apart most of the popular lights like the blf GT, Acebeam K70, Trustfire TR-J20. JETBEAM T6, BUT I can’t get this bezel off my Imalent R90c. Going nuts here. I made a custom tool that clamps nicely onto the stainless bezel, then I use one off those rubber strap handle thingys on the head and am able to apply a solid amount of force/torque, but the bezel won’t open. Anybody have any experience with taking apart one of these big imalent lights?
heat often helps soften loctite/glue.
i still had a few where the strap wrenches broke first.
avoid plastic strap wrenches.
