Thrunite T2 Flashlight Review - ZeroAir Reviews
This is the Thrunite T2, a bigger version but very similar to the Thrunite T1. The T2 is a 21700 indicating e-switch light, with USB-C charging, and a Cree XHP70 emitter. It's a bit of a beast!
Sweet! This has the most efficient run time curve I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your input!
And still not available in Europe nor shipping available...:(
Looks like a nice light. Does it run on any 21700 battery? Thanks.
It says:
Runs on: ThruNite customized 21700 battery (5000mAh).
Yes, it runs on standard 21700 batteries. However, you probably won't be able to recharge them using the built-in battery charger.
I grabbed one. Hard not to at that price. I have a FF E07 and this T2 looks to be about the same size but with a smaller diameter head than the E07. That would probably fit nicely in most of my pockets. Usable firefly mode as well. Just wish you could go from firefly to low but, I am use to the T1 so it won’t bug me so much.
Thanks for the heads up.
You're welcome. The UI is a bit different: go into firefly mode and then from there, you can go into lock mode. It's not bad. Just different.

Per this review, you can charge standard 21700s in it but you either need to use a spacer (magnet) with standard flat tops or use a protected button top.
Apparently the proprietary cell has no use or advantage in this light at all.

Correct. I just try charging a standard 21700 battery in the T2. It charges fine.
