budget light suggestions - winter is coming...

During this time I need to buy some lights as Nordic counties will be quiet dark soon.
Two different kind of lights needed.

1.
I will buy the lights, budget around 10 euro. 1 × 18650 battery ( battery not included in price)

2.
a bit powerful with
2 or 3 18650 battery and 2-3 cree T6/L2 led.

Could you please suggest some lights I can buy.
Mostly I buy from ebay.

Thanks,
BT

I like the Sofirn SP36 for run time, lumens, USB charging, UI. Probably the one flashlight I would choose if I could have only one.

Buying from eBay kind of limits your selection. There are lots of cheap ones on there that aren’t good quality. Try Aliexpress or Banggood. For around $15 US, you can get a Convoy S2+ with XML-2 or xp-l. For more power, the Sofirn sp36 is nice too, but on eBay it’s around $50 US. The C9nvoy c8 is a nice light too f0r around $20 US. Comes with all kinds of leds.

Convoy S2+ SST40 with 12 groups.
Choose one of 3 50% mode options and will have good runtime and lumens.
If you are not after throw, More powerful actually no need.
Check Convoy S12 with 3 x SST20 and 21700.
Probably you will need headlamp also.

I second the SP36 for all-around performance.

Also, a light that is a heckuvalot of fun and very reasonable price is FT03.
