Is the coupon better ordering from the marketplace? I just ordered a TO46R from the link at the first post up top.

I like Wubens. I have older TO46R (XP-G3s), probably 5-6 E-series keychain lights, i332 vulture, L50, a few E01s, etc.

Nichias would be nicer in the TO46R, so… :laughing:

While we are on the subject of TO46R- I have 3 of these and they all have different emitters. Mountain Electronics sells 20mm triple emitter boards in various LED flavors making an emitter swap incredibly easy.
I have these three:
MTN3XP-219C-D240
3XP-XPL-HI-U4-3K
MTN3XP-LH351D-4K

If you want to try different emitters but don’t feel confident, or have the tools, to do a complicated emitter swap, this light is a great choice. All you need is a basic soldering iron to detach and reattach the wires at the LED board.
1- Remove the tailcap and remove the battery.
2- Remove the bezel.
3- Gently blow into the open battery tube from the tail end and the air pressure will pop out the lens assembly.
4- Unsolder the wires at the LED board.
5- Remove the LED board and set the replacement in it’s place.
6- Solder the wires back onto the replacement.
7- Reassemble the lens, o-ring, & bezel.
That’s it. About as easy as it gets.

I installed a triple noctigon board with Nichias in my old TO46 as well. Great flashlight
