Hey folks i know a few people on here have weather stations that upload to weather underground. I just got mine started so i will link my weather site info.
Feel free to share your info if you want. An interesting feature of my station is that it does solar radiation and i can get the readout in lux.

Hey mate mine is a generic station that i bought from Amazon AU. I think they are mostly made by a Chinese company and rebranded unless you get like a Davis pro station.
You can get the same model as mine on Ebay.
What features do you want? I bought mine because i wanted the screen.
Not worried about screen just want to be able to monitor over the internet like wunderground.

The Ambient station is nice and priced nice. I have the Davis Vantage Vue with no internet connection. Davis is nice but……

I got a Davis 6250 in August, and I have linked mine to weather Underground as well. I also read that any weather station automatically relays the data to APIs like Climacell that use IoT technology. I am not sure how true that is though it sounds believable.
After about 2 and half years my weather station is still online but its a bit worse for wear, its mounted almost 2m above the ground on a galvanised steel post but i am looking at placing the weather station up higher so it receives a better wind reading.
I had ants get inside and wreck the PCB in some spots its coated with something but that only slightly helped, its not a great designed unit to many gaps. The company sent me another unit after all this time as the solar panel peeled and was not working to great, customer service side is good.
I am looking for an upgrade where i can split the units any suggestions?
