I have just been told that the above Klarus is 'out of stock' forever! When they asked me if I would like to change my order, I asked for the Jetbeam BC40 they said it is also 'out of stock forever' never to be seen again.
So If you have been waiting forever like me, then forget it. It seems they had a handful in stock, but sold thousands of them.

The BC40 is gone into the 'black hole of dinodirect' lost forever never to be seen again. But you can still buy it on there website! They are trying to give me a gift card and some magic coloured mud! WTF?

Have you tried settling this your satisfaction with their CS? The two instances I had problems with my orders they compensated me to my satisfaction. DD is not for casual shoppers. We should put that in the DD ratings thread.
DD is probably not for casual shoppers esp for those who are inexperienced. I guess you got that right Leelou. I got the best deals from them, like the Sunwayman V60C and Olight M3X. Right after i and another guy purchased the Olight M3X, they raised the prices. The SWM V60C also had a limited run, though it was longer than the M3X.
Sometimes all these things, you have to act fast, esp since you'd know that someone would definitely complain as these branded stuff have "unified controlled pricings".

I just ordered a bc40 yesterday??? From DD!! So. I guess my order is gonna be refunded again.
I hope I get my STL-V2… Everything on my wishlist has gone way up in price over the last couple days. Until prices go back down the fun is over.
They gave me a gift card for out of stock item, they are holding my money as I can't find anything worth buying. What if the next item I ordered is out of stock again? They will give me another gift card and hold my money again?

I bet this is a scam.
You offer good at super low prices to attract attention and traffic to your website. You take their money and give them a runaround for a month or so without giving them any kind of relevant information, then at the last possible moment tell them the item is out of stock. Or do one better and claim the item was shipped! This way you keep someone else's money for about two months without actually doing anything for them. There is an added bonus of some of these people who paid for the items not meeting the paypal deadline for claims. In this case the entire amount is profit..

I am afraid if you have a Klarus p2a on order, you will not get it. That's what they told me, same goes for the BC40.
The reason I did not cancel was because they said it was in stock, then it wasn't, then it was, but 'Livesh!t' say out of stock and they will get no more.

Well the last time I ordered BC40 I was informed that it was out of stOck in no longer than a week. Then, I got my money back in a day.
So you have ordered another? I believe they don't have any and have no intention of getting anymore. They will however keep taking our money! It's a free loan to them.
They are scammers! I reserved judgement until now, but it's obvious what hey are doing.
Just be FORCEFUL...say you want your money refuned, not giftcards and they will do that. Dont juts sit there on chat and say, okay, okay, thanks. Say you want the money refunded now (one day) or you will do a chargeback on your CC and with PayPal.
Otherwise they just offer you giftcards because thats the reps job.
It was a month ago. It appeared out of stock then. Now I saw it could be added to the cart so I thought it came back again. They usually offer a few dollars higher cheque or a money back. I didn't think that would be a problem if it weren't in stock anyway. It's just the joy of pressing the Buy Now button. It is even better if I can get a refund instead :)
