Help with TR-3T6

I am a new forum member (just signed up last Friday) and a newbie to these lights. I was messing around with my TrustFire TR-3T6 (5 mode) last evening and it started to dim considerably. Here's what's happening. It will start up normally on any mode and after about 10 seconds it will be a faint dim. I changed the batteries to make sure they were fresh. I was running 3 TrustFire 2400 mAh with the flames. Any ideas?

I have the Fandyfire STL-V2, (http://www.dealextreme.com/p/fandyfire-stl-v2-cree-xm-lt6-5-mode-1000-lumen-white-3-led-flashlight-black-2-x-18650-91136 ) TrustFire similar to yours, if it has the same driver I can help.

In the picture there's my driver, your equals? I changed two capacitors to increase the reliability and now is perfect.
