Debating on ordering one of these. Which one would you take??

I'm leaning more toward the dry. Looks like it will be easier to wear on the job (Paramedic). When we're not on runs, we're in our office, sitting down. This might be better for getting up and out of chairs or off the couch. Then again, I just ordered a Shadow JM07. Decisions, Decisions. Right now I usually take the Maelstrom X10 to work with me.

Anyway, what do you guys say??

I agree and for the same reasons - its short - biggest con, imho, it is a bit slippery

I have the same feeling with the slippery holding of the DRY. Well I will just add a lanyard on it in case it slips out from my hand.

Cooter, about which light to choose, these two lights come very close in terms of of lumens and throw. The only 'Big' difference I see is the size... anyway I do not own a TR-J12, I might be wrong.
