This looks like a redesign of the one they had at this time last year. I got 3 last year and they are pretty good. They take 3AAA batteries and are quite similar to the LED Lenser T7 but that takes 4AAA (I have both).
Anyway I will be buying this to see how it compares to last year's model. It looks a bit slicker in the photo.
I would of said put the £10 towards a Solorforce L2i together with a XPG-R5 P60 drop-in... but it appears they have stopped producing the L2i hosts :(.

3XAAA, have the just little more capacity of a single AA(just the driver can be cheaper and more efficient with the 3XAAA voltage), to operate for 3h in high... is driven too low better a sk68 is also way cheaper imho
Well I got one today and the focus mechanism is an improvement on last year's, it's now the same as the 4AA they sold 9 months ago. However I would have liked them to improve the contact between the 3AAA holder and the head end.
