I was about to make my first buy from the Dino (a light and a blade) and while perusing my selections came across a troubling (to me) problem. Looking at a pocket knife, the name in the description was totally different from the name of the knife in picture. And while looking at lites, the descriptions often have very little to do with details of the light, ie: # of modes, lens type etc.
So my ? to the community is is this normal? if so what did u end up with if u made the purchase? the picto description of the line item description?
I guess i'm not sure what to expect to get based on what i saw.
sometimes neither the title is correct nor the picture is. and sometimes the textual description is wrong. and Dinodino doesnt change the erroneous product webpage. that simple.
Based on this huge thread, DD is still an AVOID vendor. Personally, I think they are total crap, but there are a lot of people still mezmerized by the promise of cheap prices. I wouldn't trust a thing on their website.

I just ordered a Enlan EL01 from DD and they call it a YangJiang Chromium Portable Hilt Folding Knife
This is not at all uncommon. I try to wait until someone else orders something like this and reports back what actually arrives....this isn't always a guarantee you are going to get what you wanted.
I have always gotten what I ordered and at a very cheap price, but there is one thing they need to work on is shipping time......Just get ready to wait.
I think they just copy/paste a translated version of whatever the supplier tells them.
I think the pictures are representative of what you get...if you want to risk it. Otherwise spend the extra 2$ and buy from Exduct or somewhere with more certainty.
and the fun part is that the customer sometimes hopes that DD ships an item which doesnt 100% correspond to the product webpage. wrongly shipped items lead to giftcards, and giftcards lead to more DD purchases.
I have had good luck with DD....so far. Until that changes I will continue to cautiously give them money for products at a good price.....you gotta love their coupons.
