Is this a genuine Buck knife or knock-off (BUCK - 679)?

I live in Canada and this knife is over 30$ here...From China its about 15$. Do you think its real, maybe the Buck factory that makes these knives is in China?

Just wondering because I know that some Kershaw knives from China are legit.

Thanks.

This one even has a little green warranty card.

I would guess not, since that one says USA on it.

looks to be a real buck or a real good fake. Buck does make some of their knives in China.

They certainly do. I have a MIC Buck Redpoint knife that I like very much. It is my fastest-deploying non-assisted knife, and locks both CLOSED and OPEN, a very nice feature.

It is, however, marked Made In China.

This one sports the USA mark. I have some "Blahblah Foundation" Buck knife purchased from eBay - marked USA, but a fake. The blade was OK, but not ground symmetrically. The sheath had the correct logo, but the stitching was very poor. I touched it up and gifted it to my nephew, after reporting the seller for passing off a fake as genuine.
