Hi, been lurking for a while and finaly decided to post. I got this 3 mode from Manafont and got a dime size magnet from K&J Magnetics. Used gorilla glue and here you go. 
Ive been using it for work on and off for a week now with no problems. I would have liked to put the magnet under the spring but was afraid to remove the spring.

Thank you. I used a clamp and just followed the directions. Turned out fine for work use. Will see how it holds up.

Been looking at this flashlight myself, do you have any other 1xAA headlamps or angle lights to compare this to?
Also, can you give us some battery life numbers on hi/mid?
