The specified capacity and energy is average for the two batteries.
The two batteries has different capacity. The battery with the lowes capacity looks close to the test from last year, the other battery is much close to 2200mAh.
The protection is at a high value.
Conclusion
The two batteries I got is probably from different batches and that is the reason for the different capacity.
With a unspecified cell and the different capacity I will not rate this battery more than acceptable.
