Beg For the Forgiveness[Tmart]

Hello to all

This is Louis, i am the representative of Tmart.com, get straight to the point, we am really sorry for the previous mistakes made by some employees of tmart. such as we made the first positive review for specific product at Tmart's earlier stage. (it had not been allowed since several months ago due to it mislead the consumers indeed) . Some employees deliberately to mention Tmart in some posts for gaining more exposure. This is easy to be saw through according to the experience of some members here, but it also mislead some rookies, so we are so sorry for that and never do it again. As what i declared before, we are willing to declare once more that Louis is the only representative of Tmart, Sherry Ye is our only customer service. we could prevent it happening again.

Finally, Sorry for the inconvenience we caused, we are here to beg for the forgiveness from all of you who are magnanimous, and we are dedicating in improving our customer service and keep it on, especially the after-sales service and the refund policy. Hi guys, Louis contacted me via PM to apologize for the spam attack that his company launched on BLF a few months ago. I suggested he post a public apology.

Thanks Louis for recognizing your company's major mistake, and we hope it doesn't happen again.

I think theres T-Mart package waiting for me at the post office, will pick it up tomorrow and see if T-Mart delivered what they promised, its supposed to be 3-mode Sipiki SK68 clone, however other users have reported that its single mode version they received.

That was rude and uncalled for.

Well I have had no dealings with Tmart, But Well done for the apology! At least there is communication there, Some companies just ignore you (cough cough Deal cough extreme). So fair play to you Louis.

Just ordered a light from them yesterday and they already shipped it today. Nice.

I thought it was kind of funny ..

But since t-marts ability to speak the language is good..maybe it means problems will be handled more efficiently ..i noticed this when I had dealings with them in the past .

shipping in the us was fast and they were helpful . Prices have been a little hard to get excited about but hopefully they are seeking to do more business with Blf members and have a decent deal to throw at us .

I ordered the 3 mode SK68 clone.

I got the One mode instead. Everyone who ordered has. Typical bait and switch.

I am finished with T-Mart.

I ordered from Tmart a 3-mode Sipik SK-68 clone and received the 1-mode version. I contacted customer support and got the runaround for quite a while. Had to do a PayPal dispute and claim. Tmart changed the description of the item on their website to match what I received (a 1-mode light), so PayPal sided with Tmart. I actually got my money back from PayPal, however. Tmart got to keep my money, and PayPal ate what I consider to be PayPal's mistake. I am very disappointed in Tmart and PayPal. I'll definitely continue to use PayPal, but Tmart would have to offer a really unbelievable deal before I would even think of buying from them again.

Care to elaborate, what exactly led PayPal to decide in their favour and then refund you the money?

I recently had dispute open in PayPal:

I received e-mail stating that Im eligible for refund if I send items back and post tracking number in that same dispute, yet upon opening link to dispute it was already closed and not decided in my favour, YET at the same day, hour or so later, I received full refund from seller, very confusing if you ask me.

No way to get in contact with PayPal(not going to spend my money and call them) and no direct reply from real human being as to whats the point of this miscommunication. I only got their automated responses with instructions to RTFM and phone numbers, thats it.

So Im kinda curious what will be PayPals action if Tmart has sent me single mode flashlight.
I just logged into my Tmart account and did a screenshot of my order, it says 3 mode in order details, I hope that will be convincing enough for PayPal.

PayPal believed that "The listing accurately described the item you received." I called them and let them know that Tmart changed their website after I made the complaint. I offered to email them proof and they decided to issue the refund without me sending them proof.

Thanks, I guess I might have to ring them up if T-Mart fails to deliver what they promised.

When dealing with untrusted vendors, always make .pdf of the listing to save just in case.

I appreciate Tmart's apology and wish them the best in turning around their reputation. I apologize for the insensitive first reply by a BLF member. BLF is a global website and I applaud anyone's best attempt at speaking a language as complicated as English.

Sorry, I was just making a joke relating to Star Wars, meant no disrespect.

T mart is in New York ..So i assume that speaking the language is appropriate. I was hoping that it also meant they caught the humor .

I'd like to see some customer service that doesn't rely upon hiding behind not understanding what is said .

It's nice that they apologized to BLF but it would be even better if their customer service gets better from here on out.

I've had only good dealings with T-mart. I've ordered only few small items, though. Spread on some 3 orders or so.

The 3-mode sipik that turned out to be 1-mode was fully refunded and they even let me keep the flashlight because of the shipping cost to send it back.

If they are out of stock for an item, and it's already paid, they contact you and let you know it's out of stock, and offer to replace it with something else or a full refund.

I've been negotiating a replacement for an out of stock Item with them for a few days now, and their customer service is excellent.
