any good reason to NOT get a STL-V2 or V6?

i have a dry and uf2100 already. Looking to add a large-reflecter-xml-type light under $50 to the collection.
Which of these two, v2 or v6, should i get?
Or any other suggestions?

Get one. Both are great. You will have no regrets!

the v2 has higher lux, but they both look like decent lights with good reviews..giv'er!
