They say (http://club.dealextreme.com/forums/Forums.dx/threadid.1106070) they now process tickets from Mar 8th, but they didn't respond to my ticket from the 3rd... maybe because it's in dispute (claim)? (and they didn't bother to answer to PayPal either)

huh, just compare it with GoodLuckBuy's service: I received a package from them yesterday (2 days to ship, 14 days to arrive) where one item was missing (they offered an item which is 2 sets of P60 empty modules, sent just one). I sent them an email yesterday evening, got an apology and a suggestion to refund this morning, agreed for the refund and half an hour later it was in my PayPal account.
