When I received my first order from TMART I looked up the shipping address on Google Earth. It is a massive warehouse in an industrial park in New Jersey. Some how I even found floor plans on the internet. I suspect that the warehouse also ships other items for other businesses even completely different types. At the time I imagined that there must be companies that stock items and do the shipping for various interent companies (i.e. ebay) Sort of like an AmWay sort of thing. Maybe Tmart and ShiningBeam are just retailers for some supper large warehouse shipper. Just as there are very few manufacturers of electronics (Sony, Vizio, Hp , Dell Apple, etc.) don't actually manufacture, maybe some of these online sellers of flashlights don't actually ship them, but rather contract that to one of only several gigantic warehouses?
That would also explain why ShiningBeams address is a residence.
This brings to mind those advertisements that sell ways to make money on the internet. All you have to do is create a web page, display product, take the orders and have a common warehouse ship it for you. I think many of these flashlight companies are just this, especially the EBay ones.
