Some Amazing lights for the price here guys! HAIII, Forward clicky, XM-L T6. These are features not typically found in a brand name light in this price range!

Would it be possible to see the pill in this light ?

I am interested in the construction because I want to know more about the heat dissipation .

Can you please post a picture of the light completely broken down ?

The lighting was not ideal (shadows), but this should give you an idea of how its constructed:

One item that is not pictured (didn't want to remove it) is a spring and retaining ring that makes contact with the driver board. This allows flat top cells to work.

Thanks for the pics! Does this light have memory?

No mode memory, always defaults to high mode.

I like the looks of this light .

I have and enjoy using a neutral XML SE-1 , so now I may just buy it's big brother .

Do you have a Beamshot ?

Jack - This looks like an economy version of the Balder BD-2 with a little less bling - very nice. The BD-2 is one of my favorite lights FWIW.

@EDC+: The head diameter between the two differs only by 2mm, but is it the same reflector in the SE-2 and BD-2? Does the SE-2 have hidden strobe mode like the BD-2? How about current regulation?

Quite a milestone, BetweenRides.

That is exactly how a forward-clicky should work. So if you use the “half-click” momentary on function, you always get High. If you don’t want High, you cycle to what you want before you do the “click”.

I guess I should have done a giveaway... :D

Correct.

FYI, these are now out of stock for about 2-3 weeks, but pre-orders are welcomed.

Where do these ship from? Nice lights BTW.

California. For International customers I may have them shipped from China directly by Registered Mail.

EDC+, you might have missed my questions ^^^

Yes I did. Sorry. I am told it is the same reflector. It appears to be the same. The SE-2 does NOT have any hidden modes like the BD-2 does. The driver is different. The output should be regulated until the battery gets low, but I've not done a full runtime test yet. Hoping for the reviewers to do this!

Thank you. Looks like a very nice light and the price is right.

Where are you finding this light for $34.99?

Click on the EDC+ logo in the first post then locate the SE-2.

As mentioned above its on backorder now for ~2-3 weeks. Pre-orders are welcomed.
