Which UF2100 from what supplier?

There is this

This

Of those three I would go with the 3 mode H/M/L from DD. If you need blinky modes go with the one from kaidomain.

I would get he KD one. The Dino Direct one is not 3 mode high, medium, low but it's high, medium, strobe and the picture on the DD site is wrong is has the sharp crenelated bezel not the smooth one in the picture. Watch the video on the DD site and it shows the 3 mode mistake and the bezel mistake as well. Dino Direct seams like they keep making the same mistakes with the fake reviews and the wrong descriptions, you really need to be careful what you buy from them.

You can change the mode from 3 to 5 (or the other way), if you can solder a little bit. Take a look at this thread:

I'm positive that the 3 mode from dino direct isn't a 3 mode no flashy modes ..That would just be silly ..it has to be a description error ..... no way it's a pure 3 mode

Definately has a strobe. I was just happy mine worked.

Hm. I've also been thinking about buying one of these. The KD description lists theirs as having a twisty switch; can that be right? Also, the KD photos are the only ones that make it look like their model definitely wouldn't tailstand..

I just received a Fandyfire HD2011 from DX. It's basically the same light as the UF2100. Driven just the same but has a less ringy beam. Just as bright as my DD UF2100 and mine is a better tint (no green). I also like the grey ano on the HD2011 better.

Please remember the Yezl Z1X the original version of this light with a real 3 mode no flashing garbage.

I have had mine over a year and it's still going strong I have the Solarforce clip on it.

These are a lot more money, but they are better quality. The Yezl used to come in a gray version as well as a neutral tint option. I don't know if they still have more of those, but I do see an XPG and an XRE option.

Many thanks for the replies.
