Dino-Direct Still Using Their Same Old Tricks

I placed an order with DD on 4-17-12. Long story short they are shipping only half of my order. I have went through this before with them about not letting the buyer know during the time they are placing their order that the item is out of stock so that way the buyer can make up their mind about whether they wish to wait on the item or pass. They just don't get it.

Dino-Direct your service sucks and that is putting it politely.

No star rating from me.

I have only had 1 order that went well out of about 5.

I have given you more than your fair share to do better.

So consider this my last order with your deceitful company.

I must repeat: Never trust a smiling dino. They took my money 'cause I trusted them.

I never got my Nitecore EX11. These suckers claimed Nitecore EZAA is the same as EX11.

Sorry but I am way beyond you helping me to the point that I will want to ever order from your company that you work for again.

When your service sucks to the point that it no longer is worth even attempting to fix, then what is the point?

I have no good to say about Dino-Direct other than the good prices occasionally they use to sucker you in. Then either the product is not what you ordered or you will have to wait until they get more in and you guys won't tell buyers either of that when they place their order.

I'll take my business elsewhere.

Never take a budget dealer's word for it on inventory. If you can't deal with that, then don't buy from them.

I just bought an XT-E drop-in from KD yesterday. Their page says "ships in 1-3 business days" quite clearly. But it also says "we could ship the item 1 week after you order it". On the same page! Why not change the delivery estimate?

My last order with DX said it would ship in 4-7 days. After a week it went to "preparing to ship" and two weeks after that they were still preparing. I cancelled the order after it became clear that even if it were to ship, it would arrive after the 45 day PayPal dispute time.

Meanwhile I ordered an item from Manafont and it shipped the next day. That makes me happy, but if they ship the item in a week, that is acceptable in my book. I would say Dino did you a favor by doing a partial shipment instead of holding it up to wait for all items to show up. It costs them extra to do separate shipments.

I'm used to waiting for items to ship, Ted. I've bought enough stuff at DX in the past to make me more than familiar. My worry with DD is that I will get something different than I ordered. At least with DX I know that eventually I will get my item.

DX always held up orders if one item in an order was out of stock. I quickly learned to order my items separately so things in stock ship and 10 items don't get held up because of one OOS item.

I have had my ups and downs from DD but with one exception, I always got my order. Sometimes it took a loooooong time but I got it. Only once did i not get an partial shipment. I had them refund that portion but i had to make a stink about it. Why not just tell the customer that an item is out of stock and refund the money? Why lie to us and say it was shipped when it clearly wasnt. Just be up front with us and ship things we pay for. It is not really too much to ask.

I ordered a Skyray SLT V2 based on the reviews here, but instead received the cheaper Uniquefire V2, which is strictly 5 mode vs 3mode.

I also note that you changed the picture on your website from the SKYRAY to the UNIQUEFIRE after I placed my order, this is dishonest practice.

The customer service centre is a joke, failing to reply to or understand my complaints. I received no satisfaction from the previous unprotected ultrafire 18650 fiasco.
