Guys, I need your opinion.
I'm seriously thinking of picking up Balder and hopefully offering a decent deal.
The Balder SE-1 with XPG R3 emitter and the Balder holster for $19.99 (plus shipping)
The holster is a $5.00 optional value.
I may also offer the R5 ($5.00 additional) and the XML ($6.00 additional)
What are your thoughts ?
I say get the Balder SE-1 XML NW . Run it with a 14500 .
The tint and beam profile are absolutely awesome .
I wish every BLFer had one so we could all share in the joy . I'm serious .
Do you have a XENO E03 jack?
I just got one today, I'd like to know how it compares to the Balder.
I find that the button is hard to press and that medium and high are nearly the same level.

I probably wouldnt bother with a holster as they easily fit in the pocket and also have a belt clip.
If it was cheaper without the holster, I think most people would but it without it.
So we’re talking $25 for the XM-L version w/holster plus shipping charges? Any idea how much shipping would be? I have no need for the holster and the light can be had in NW for $23 shipped elsewhere.
Well. That anwers the question. As a new start up it’difficult to purchase in large quantities to get the price down.

Very true, but even if you break even it's really free advertising and gets people to purchase from you. Odds are very good that if folks have a good experience with you then they will come back to you the next time they need something and you will make profit then. Works for everyone else that sells here. Folks are loyal by nature and creatures of habit. They would rather shop where they've had a good experience in the past and where they feel they have a personal relationship with the owner.

I do not own a Xeno E03 . I didn't buy one because it has no clip .
I like to cigar hold small lights , and the body contour of the Balder SE-1 is great for this grip .
I'd agree with that, VISUALLY, but run it for awhile (on li-ion) and there's a huge difference in runtime and heat...
High in the xeno is almost like turbo in the dry (except it won't 'poof' as fast), at least imho (as far as its usefulness goes). It is for wow or when you absolutely need all you can get. It is trashing your cell and run time...
though....I use it on high most of the time
