Technically yes. Its normally a 26 dollar light.

It is fine for a really simple, small light but you can get a lot cheaper and a lot better depending on which way you want to go.

A zebralight and several others can hit 200 lumens with a single AA.

You can get keychain AAAs that are a lot smaller with the same lumen output (usually 3 brightness levels) for around 20 bucks. That way you will always have it with you.

You can get 2xAA lights for fairly cheap that give 250+ lumens. They are just a bit longer in length and just as thin.

You can get cheap Flood to Throw lights on ebay for 10 bucks or less. Look for the 3xAAA ones. They will hit around 150 lumens (ignore their 300+lumen ratings..its BS) and have the ability to shine far off, or adjust to a nice even worklight area which is my favorite feature of them. With 3xAAA, they are only slightly fatter and similar length and have 50% more runtime capacity. Avoid the XM-L ones and look for the Q5 CREE emitters.
