Could be a great deal if the light is any good. Does anyone have experience with this light and can provide any info on if it's worth it as a thrower? 55mm head with a giant SST-50 emitter should throw worse than an XM-L emitter in a head that size, no? Or is it different with the SST emitters?

If the specs are right and it's driven at 5amps on high it will give an XML driven at 3 amps a run for it's money.
