I have also received the same email from Alfred this morning saying paypal aren't responding to emails.

It might be a good idea to save as much information as possible now (including screen shots etc), in case this really turns out to be criminal fraud.

I do not think this person is from China.
VFMaddict tracked him to be from Australia. Which he initially said he if from.
He is Australian but now lives and trades in China.
On some other forums he says he's lived there six years but other links have him trading in Australia in 2008 or having Court cases in Australia more recently than six years ago. All this is in the public domain.
Nope, they're just unpublished for now. If PayPal can't work this out, let me know and I can restore them.

Possibly a restore is in order, but with a locked thread.
This may be important in establishing a quick resolution, or in pursuing further remedies, IMO.

Just got an email from PayPal saying the dispute has been resolved in my favor. Funds may take up to 5 days to appear and depend on the seller having sufficient funds in his account. Guess we'll see...
What would happen if there isn’t sufficient funds?
You think Paypal should hold payments from being withdrawn from a seller’s account until after the 45 day dispute time frame has lapsed?
If you used a Credit Card like VISA/Mastercard to pay for that via PP, it should be done with the bank within 2 working days, from my previous experience. It's very fast. I think anybody who had that email can check on Thursday via customer service hotline or online. Heck you can even check on Wednesday.

Just got a SECOND email from AL cancelling my order again. BTW, PayPal shows that my card has been credited, but it doesn't show up on my card activity yet. Oh, also decided to check Al's site to confirm order status and my login has been blocked! Dang! How will I purchase more stuff he doesn't have?
